For transparency's sake:

The Mayor's Office and Sector Security are under investigation by the government for fraud, corruption, faking of documents, overly positive support to 'the freaks of nature' (The monsters), and other supposed crimes. Namely I allowed the Heartland incident to happen.

There's pressure on me to step down to allow the government to insert a 'caretaker' mayor who conveniently agrees with all of the government's positions.

And Leo Corp and Kaiba Corp are about to get microscoped as well.

I can of course keep my job if I deport all the 'foreign children' attending Duel Academia. Same for Mr. Haita if he's willing to arrest the violent murderous gang attacking free speech advocates protesting at the school.

noriko do something soon

Well, unless they can provide sufficient evidence that their claim is rooted in fact for every single child they wish to try and deport, Sector Security is going to maintain its current policies of making sure the safety of all citizens in Domino is considered paramount, and those that incite violence on other persons will have it swiftly dealt on them in return.

I will get legal with these bastards if it means stalling them out. I've always been prepared for this level of siege on my job.

And I didn't bleed and sweat my ass off from the days of Special Investigations just to be called corrupt by the dipshits who LITERALLY LET ME DIE.

We can split the case. They want red tape? We'll give 'em red tape.
