... I think I might of signed off on a deal that led to a ton of dominos falling to well.

Massive construction in Domino, starting with TOPS.

While I was half asleep.

And now I'm awake and I'm up to my ass in complaints from environmental groups and anti-gentrification groups.

The lesson here:

Don't make deals half asleep and get more staff who will deal with complaints.

How do I stop this from being full on cyberpunk dystopia and all the working and middle class people end up in the bottom part.

I mean it'll depend on how accessible the upper part is to the working and middle class, really. So long as there's the ability to come and go between the two it'll be less... dystopic.

I can also probably get someone to make sure the place doing the construction is on the up-and-up.

Suguru or whoever else would be fine.

Because the estimates aren't on the up and up.

It's kind of easy to note when they're talking in equipment and resources and estimates of at least a large nation, from a small ghost firm.
